There are award winning sandy beaches, world class golf courses, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, tennis etc nearby. Pittenweem is on the most beautiful part of the fife coastal path and the millennium cycle way. There are many things to do and see including the scottish deer centre, scottish fisheries museum, fife folk museum, the secret bunker, kellie castle and gardens, craigtoun country park, st andrews castle, cathedral, aquarium and golf museum. The area is well served by quaint pubs and wonderful seafood restaurants.
